Gordons Pond is a sole proprietorship operated by Chris operating at gordonspond.com. This SMS service is a personal business tool used exclusively by the account owner.
This service operates as a single-recipient, owner-only notification system. We do not collect personal information from third parties. The only phone number used is the account owner's own mobile number, which was self-provided during setup.
The account owner's phone number is used solely to deliver automated daily business development briefings to that same owner. Messages contain lead summaries generated from the owner's own professional network data. No marketing, promotional, or third-party content is included.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is approximately one message per business day. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP.
We do not sell, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or message content with any third parties. Phone numbers are never used for marketing purposes or shared with advertisers.
Message logs are retained only as long as necessary for operational purposes and are not used for any purpose beyond service delivery.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. As the sole user of this service, the account owner retains full control over all data and system configuration.
