This is a personal, owner-operated automated SMS service that delivers daily business development briefings to the account owner's mobile phone. The service is not a consumer product and is not available to the general public.
This service sends messages exclusively to the account owner's own mobile number. The account owner self-enrolled by configuring and operating this automated notification system for personal business use. No third parties are enrolled or receive messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency is approximately one message per business day. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at chris@gordonspond.com.
This service is operated for lawful business development purposes only. The account owner agrees not to use the service to send unsolicited messages to any third party or for any purpose that violates applicable law.
This service is provided as-is for personal business use. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or the accuracy of AI-generated content delivered via SMS. The account owner assumes full responsibility for any outreach or business decisions made based on briefing content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
